We offer 30 days return on all items purchased on our web shop counting from the day you have received your order.

All products must be returned unused and in impeccable condition, i.e. clean, unused, unwashed and including original hangtags. The products must be in original packaging. Please do not attach return label directly to products or original packaging.

Refunds will be credited to the payment card used for original purchase.

• Pack the items listed below securely. Please reuse our packaging
• Download shipping label
• Print the shipping label and put it on the package, or have the QR code scanned in the package shop
• Return the parcel from a GLS parcel shop

Remember to ask for a receipt for the shipment as your proof of return.

When using the GLS return label, DKK 50 is automatically deducted from the return amount. When we have received and processed your return package, you will receive an email from us regarding an exchange or refund. The handling time can be up to 14 working days from receipt of your package.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returns outside of Denmark will be at your own initiative and cost.
